Lone Star Nights provides country swing and line dance instruction and dance entertainment for private events. Services take place at locations arranged for individual bookings. Available services, staffing, pricing, and dates are subject to confirmation.

2. Inquiries and Reservations

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only after we provide written confirmation and you complete the agreement and payment requirements specified for your event.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and event details. Changes to the date, location, guest count, duration, or requested services may affect availability and pricing.

3. Pricing and Payments

Website prices are starting prices unless stated otherwise. Your written quote or booking agreement specifies the services, total price, applicable fees, deposit, and payment deadlines. Additional services or changes require agreement by both parties.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms are provided in your booking agreement before you commit to an event. Contact us promptly if you need to make a change. If we cannot provide the agreed services, we will contact you to discuss the remedies available under your agreement and applicable law.

If these website terms conflict with your signed booking agreement regarding your event, the booking agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

5. Event Safety and Participation

Dancing involves physical activity. Participants should choose activities appropriate to their abilities, follow instructor directions, and stop if they experience discomfort or an unsafe condition. Please tell us about accessibility needs or relevant event conditions in advance so we can discuss appropriate arrangements.

Event hosts are responsible for arranging authorized access to the location and a suitable dance area, as specified in the booking agreement. We may pause activities when conditions are unsafe. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Lone Star Nights LLC SMS Program.

If you separately opt in to marketing texts, you may receive messages about our dance services, promotions, special offers, and events. If you separately request or consent to service-related texts, you may receive responses to inquiries, booking information, and event updates.

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number or accepting these website terms alone does not constitute consent to marketing texts. Where applicable, messages may be sent using automated technology. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the phone number you provide to enroll in our text messaging program.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the program you join.
  • Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To rejoin, complete the applicable opt-in process again.
