1. Our Services
Lone Star Nights provides country swing and line dance instruction, dance entertainment, and related services for private events. Services may take place at locations arranged for individual bookings.
Available services, staffing, pricing, dates, and other event arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Inquiries and Reservations
Submitting an inquiry, completing a website form, contacting us, or requesting a quote does not reserve a date.
A booking is confirmed only after Lone Star Nights provides confirmation and you complete any agreement, deposit, payment, or other booking requirements specified for your event.
You agree to provide accurate contact information and event details. Changes to the event date, location, guest count, duration, requested services, or other material details may affect availability and pricing.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices displayed on our website are starting prices unless otherwise stated.
Your written quote or booking agreement will specify the applicable services, total price, fees, deposit requirements, and payment deadlines for your event.
Additional services, upgrades, or changes may result in additional charges and are subject to agreement by the parties.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms applicable to a particular event will be provided in your booking agreement before you commit to the event.
Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel, reschedule, or otherwise modify a booking.
If Lone Star Nights cannot provide the agreed services, we will contact you to discuss the remedies available under your booking agreement and applicable law.
If these Terms of Service conflict with a signed booking agreement regarding a specific event, the signed booking agreement will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Event Safety and Participation
Dancing involves physical activity. Participants should choose activities appropriate to their abilities, follow reasonable instructor directions, and stop participating if they experience discomfort or encounter an unsafe condition.
Please notify us in advance about accessibility needs or relevant event conditions so that appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
Event hosts are responsible for arranging authorized access to the event location and providing a suitable dance area as specified in the applicable booking agreement.
Lone Star Nights may pause or modify activities when conditions are reasonably considered unsafe.
Nothing in these Terms of Service waives any rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program Name: Lone Star Nights LLC SMS Program
Lone Star Nights may offer SMS/text messaging for transactional and customer-care communications and, where separately authorized, marketing and promotional communications.
Transactional and Customer-Care SMS
If you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive transactional or customer-care SMS messages, you may receive messages from Lone Star Nights regarding your inquiry or requested services.
These messages may include responses to inquiries, consultation or scheduling communications, quotes, booking confirmations, appointment or event reminders, service-related updates, event coordination, and customer support.
Marketing and Promotional SMS
If you separately opt in to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages, you may receive recurring messages from Lone Star Nights regarding dance instruction, event services, availability, upcoming events, promotions, special offers, and other business updates.
Marketing SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, making a booking, or receiving services from Lone Star Nights.
Providing your mobile phone number, submitting an inquiry, using our website, accepting these Terms of Service, or making a purchase or booking does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing SMS messages.
Where transactional/customer-care and marketing SMS consent options are presented separately, you may choose either, both, or neither option.
